Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for  packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

Monogramming and Personalizing

Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned except when due to defect.  Please read and follow the instructions for monogramming carefully.  You will be sent an email confirmation  for monogrammed items to proof read, you then have 24 hours to call with any corrections before the items are made and shipped.  After that 24 hours, the order may not be cancelled.

Made to Order

All of our clothing and blankets are made to order, I have very few items in stock because of this.  It means the recipient of these items is getting something just for them, a special dress or outfit all there own.  Please allow two days for personalized and smocked outfits to ship, and a week for the patchwork blanket.  Thank you.
